NSW Police Boss Mal Lanyon refused to investigate a NSW Cop who stalked women to their cars, took down their licence plates, and then used the police database to contact them.
Critics are outraged and they are demanding to know whether Lanyon is covering up for a sexual predatory NSW Cop.
